---official and unofficial committees of creditors
---debtors (financially distressed companies)
---directors and officers of financially distressed companies
---administrators, liquidators, receivers, trustees and examiners
---secured lenders and servicers of mortgage-backed securities
---vendors, licensors and lessors
---purchasers of debt or assets of financially distressed companies
---insurance companies as third-party creditors and litigants in state-law-based insurance company insolvency cases.

Some litigation experience preferred, but not necessary. Stellar academic credentials and CA Bar required.
