Major international law firm seeks an associate to join its Financial Institutions Group.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of leveraged finance and agent-side secured lending experience and be familiar with second lien financings, inter-creditor issues, asset-based and cash flow lending. Some borrower representation would be a plus.

 

Successful candidate will represent clients in high-stakes litigation, complex financing and financial regulatory issues, government affairs, and a wide variety of sophisticated corporate and technology matters.

 

Strong interpersonal skills and academic record are required.
