QUALIFICATIONS:

 

---JD

---4-6 years of significant experience representing life sciences companies in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of license, collaboration, co-development, clinical trial, manufacture/supply and other commercial agreements.

---Equivalent experience representing life sciences companies in heavily negotiated business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions would be an acceptable substitute

---Technical degree in biology or chemistry and/or knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical device industries is helpful but not required as long as applicant is eager to learn

---Corporate and/or patent experience is a plus.
