PROFILE
---JD, LLB
---2+ years of relevant real estate transactional experience with
emphasis on representation of clients (Hotel, Resort, and Entertainment
Facilities) involved in hospitality-industry investments
---Good academic performance at top tier law school
---Applicant must be licensed to practice in Illinois.
RESPONSIBILITIES
---Advising clients on all phases of real estate investment, development,
financing and operations, ranging from purchases and sales, leases and
financings to sophisticated joint ventures and large portfolio, multi-state,
and cross-border transactions
---Representing a wide range of real estate capital
markets participants in their worldwide investment and
financing activities including real estate funds,
commercial and investment banks, real estate investment
trusts (" REITs" ), real estate and hospitality companies
(Hotel, Resort, and Entertainment Facilities),
and financial institutions and investors.
---Assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition
of individual properties portfolios of properties and
nonperforming loans real estate mergers and
acquisitions public and private offerings of debt and
equity involving REITs and other real estate and
hospitality companies debt securitizations credit
lease and sale-leaseback financings and real estate
equity financing and joint ventures.
