The Brussels office of a major international law firm has
a vacancy for a junior competition/intellectual property
(IP)/Information technology (IT) lawyer in its European
Competition and Regulation Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
---Providing legal review of contracts, protocols,
informed consents, and scientific communications
---Drafting, reviewing and managing a variety of
contracts and agreements
---Providing legal review of promotional materials,
grants and medical education
---Providing support for patent, licensing, trademark
and copyright matters
---Providing guidance to project team activities to
ensure compliance with company policies and
legal/regulatory requirements
---Other general corporate duties and responsibilities
as assigned.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
---JD or LLM
---1+ year of related legal experience
---Applicants should have excellent academic records
with post graduate qualifications in either competition
or IP or IT law
---IT sector interest and knowledge or experience and
strong technical knowledge are prerequisites
---Candidates must be perfectly fluent in English and
have excellent drafting skills.
