This attorney will counsel a wide range of clients regarding availability, protection, enforcement, and licensing of Kraft trademarks worldwide. In addition, this attorney will play a significant role in transactions

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

---Providing legal review of contracts, protocols, informed consents
---Drafting, reviewing and managing a variety of contracts and agreements
---Providing legal review of promotional materials, and grants
---Providing support for patent, licensing, trademark and copyright matters
---Providing guidance to project team activities to ensure compliance with company policies and legal/regulatory requirements
---Other general corporate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

---JD or LLM
---5- 10 years experience and an in-depth knowledge of U.S. and international trademark law
---Superb communication, management and leadership skills
---Industry knowledge and experience a plus
---Applicants should have excellent academic records
---Candidates must be perfectly fluent in English and have excellent drafting skills.
