A leading international apparel and media company seeks a trademark attorney to manage a significant global trademark portfolio.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

---Providing legal review of contracts, protocols, informed consents

---Strong experience negotiating and drafting consumer product licenses is a must; experience negotiating and drafting apparel licenses is not required, but a plus
---Drafting, reviewing and managing a variety of contracts and agreements
---Providing legal review of promotional materials, and grants
---Providing guidance to project team activities to ensure compliance with company policies and legal/regulatory requirements
---Other general corporate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

---JD or LLM

---4-7 years of prior legal experience with mix of law firm and in-house experience in trademark licensing and prosecution preferred
---New York and/or New Jersey bar admission is required
---Superb communication, management and leadership skills
---Industry knowledge and experience a plus
---Applicants should have excellent academic records
---Candidates must be perfectly fluent in English.
