RESPONSIBILITIES:

---Develop company's policies and regulatory framework.
---Draft agency lending agreements, confidentiality agreements, external marketing and sales documentation including RFP information

---Draft legal opinions, including jurisdictional, product and entity specific due diligence
---Draft global master securities lending agreements, global master repurchase agreements,
electronic trading agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

---2 years + relevant experience gained either in private practice or in-house.
