France-based global industrial company with worldwide sales of $27.2 billion and 25,000 employees, is hiring a corporate attorney to assist its Deputy General Counsel and/or a Divisional Counsel.

 

Successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

---JD, LLB or LLM
---Admission in Pennsylvania, preferred
---5 years minimum experience in corporate law department and/or law firm
---Able to prioritize work on numerous legal matters
---Willing to visit client base in Tampa, FL and elsewhere in the US and Canada, as needed
---Effective writing and oral communication skills
---Well organized
---Good team player
