locations in 21 countries seeks a corporate counsel for
its Legal & Insurance Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
---Draft, review commercial contracts (storage contracts, leases, joint
venture agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements,
letters of intent). -----Assist in due diligence
as well as in the negotiation of contracts
---Work
with local counsel in diverse jurisdictions on corporate
and commercial issues including handling of insurance
claims.
PROFILE:
---European Union qualified lawyer with experience working in
an international legal environment.
---Sound
experience in drafting and negotiating insurance contracts
in English

---Ability
to work independently
---Ability to
communicate and interact with a team of different
nationalities
---Willingness to travel
---Excellent written and spoken English
and German skills.
