RESPONSIBILITIES:

---Negotiation of major contracts and other commercial agreements.
---Monitoring compliance with European and international regulations
---Advising management on general corporate matters
---Act as a liaison with outside counsel
---Train department personnel as needed.


PROFILE:

---Law degree
---Background in Common Law or Civil Law
---Self-confident individual with a strong personality ---Experience dealing with senior management and high-level negotiations
---Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is a must. Russian language capabilities would be advantageous
---Willingness to spend significant periods of time abroad.
