A leading transportation and infrastructure engineering firm with $3.4 billion in annual revenues and 27,000 employees working across five continents, is seeking an in-house attorney to be located in its New York headquarters.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
 

---7+ years of experience
---Contract review and negotiation, including Federal State and Local Contracting
----Monitoring of claims, litigation and supervision of outside counsel
----Ethics/corporate/government compliance and risk management
---Alternate delivery methods including DBOM, PPP and D/B.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

---JD, LLB or LLM

---Admission to at least one State Bar

---Strong communication and interpersonal skills

---Willingness to travel.
