A recognized leader in consumer and business electronics has an immediate opening for a corporate counsel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

---Advising company, its divisions, subsidiaries and related companies on environmental issues, OSHA, ISO14001, waste disposal and compliance related state, federal and international laws.
---Litigation management and contract review.

REQUIREMENTS:

---2-4 yrs of experience
---Litigation experience required
---Exposure to environmental laws and OSHA
---Research background
---Bar admission and a member in good standing in at least one state in the United States. (Admission to NJ Bar expected, but not immediately)
---Proficiency with MS Office Suite and performing legal research using computer databases
---Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions
---Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and process high volumes of work in a timely and accurate manner
---Ability to rapidly assess potential risks, potential benefits and potential consequences of decisions.
---Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Light travel is required.
