One of the world's leading sustainable commodity merchants with over 12,000 employees and revenue of € 3.56 billion, seeks a senior legal counsel to support its Corporate M&A/finance, as well as the Energy Management Group. The successful candidate will advise on international corporate transactions, such as M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, fund structures, structured finance, project finance (power plants etc.), either directly or with the assistance of external legal counsel.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

---3-8 years working experience as in house counsel with an international company or with a reputable international law firm.
---Substantial M&A/finance experience, preferably within the Dutch and European energy industry or within the financial industry/commodities trade industry.
---JD, LLB or equivalent
---LLM preferred.
