World's largest professional services organization with over 150,000 employees in more than 150 countries seeks a Manager level Benefits Attorney within its Tax and Regulatory practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

---Advise clients on qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, as well as a range of health and welfare and employee benefit issues
---Extensive development and maintenance of client relationships
---Work closely with Tax professionals to provide benefits and compensation expertise
---Develop new business and expand on opportunities with existing clients
---Handle plan design, drafting and compliance reviews, ERISA, implementation of plan mergers and terminations, review of government reports and filings, executive compensation and tax programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

---JD
---LLM or CPA preferred
---5+ years of experience working with regulatory/compliance/technical aspects of qualified, health, welfare, and nonqualified plans in a law firm or consulting environment
---Experience with drafting, designing, testing, IRS filings and governmental compliance programs
---Strong tax research and analytical skills and experience working with complex tax issues.
---Proven record of developing new business
---Demonstrated client responsibility and/or management including handling client meetings and presentations as well as project management skills
---Strong leader and team player
---Ability to manage own workflow as well as oversee the work of others
---Interest in developing new ways to apply analytical skills to business problems and working in multi-disciplined environment.
