Global investment bank with regional headquarters in London and Tokyo, and operations through a network of offices in 21 countries around the world is currently looking for a qualified attorney for its growing emerging markets corporate trading business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

---Support build-out in emerging markets, primarily Latin America.
---Closing and execution of bank loan trades.
---Structuring of SPVs onshore & offshore in Latin America.
---Provide regulatory advice and support.
---Structuring, negotiating and advising on complex transactions.
---Managing/coordinating external counsel/advisory firms.

REQUIREMENTS:

---JD
---At least two years of related legal experience
---Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is strongly preferred, but not required
---Excellent writing and communication skills
---Good communication skills.
